Now a leaner prospect than previous Riot Fest incarnations featuring three cities (sadly the Toronto leg couldn't take place this year), the offering is no less stupidly exciting as the likes of Morrissey, Death Cab For Cutie, Nas, The Misfits (with the original lineup no less) and loads more descend onto Denver and Chicago. Subtle differences in the city billings are present but in all honesty both cities should feel decidedly blessed at the embarrassment of riches on offer.
The Denver leg takes place 2nd-4th September at the National Western Complex Stadium Arena whilst the Chicago event runs 16th-18th September at Douglas Park.
