This July, the East Coast's foremost hardcore festival This Is Hardcore returns to the Electric Factory in Philadelphia for 4 days of all out HC madness. Having attended the festival in 2016, Last.fm can attest that This is Hardcore is a must for any hardcore fan, and we couldn't be happier to be heading back again in 2017.
